It's official, SUMMER is over.
The kids are in school, football has started, leaves are beginning to turn, Tracy Ferber has put out her Fall decorations, Mums are the only flower in the greenhouses, it's time to cut silage, crops are beginning to lose their healthy green appearance, deer license application deadlines have passed, the swimming pools are closed, and I've taken the highlights out of my hair and colored it dark again.
Yes, AUTUMN is here.

I agree I love fall! The weather is just right for riding! I love to see the trees changing, the colors are just beautiful. Of course it is raining here today, so I am enjoying a cup of coffee and reading my blog and checking in on my fellow bloggers! Have a great and blessed day!
Yep, Autumn is here and now is when you and I get crazy busy! The beans are really turning, won't be too long and we will be in the field full time....will have to swap harvest stories with you at games!

I put my fall decorations up a week and a half ago when it was a little chilly, then the weather switched back to summer temps and now I stare at my fall decor as the temperature reaches 90 degrees today! Oh well, it's on it's way! :)
Funny... while out mowing the yard today, I was thinking about how your neck of the woods must have started to change!
I love the fall colors, however, I LOVE the heat that we are still having here. Most of the days are in the mid 80's and the night temps must be in the 50's. I was rather chili this morning at 8 am!

I love the fall colors, too. Too bad I look like warmed over death when I wear them. Tee-Hee. I am sad to see summer go, but enjoy the fall. Now winter, that's another story. I only like the cold until New Years, then it's supposed to start warming up...at least that's how it works in the fantasy world I have made up in my mind. :0)
Yay for autumn. I am sooo ready for it. It is probably my favorite season. I'm going darker next Friday:)
