Post Slacker ~ That's Me!

I admit, I've been a post slacker lately. I just haven't had anything great to write about and no ambition to make anything up. I have been making my rounds to the other sites I enjoy, but still no inspiration on what to write.

I have been feeling so BLAH lately (not to mention I've been sick the last few days -ughh). This is the time of year when my life slows down to a halt and it just gets so depressing for me. The basketball games are done and the spring sports don't start up for awhile. Not that sports are my life, but they are a big part of my life. They always have been and always will be. I get so used to heading to a game almost every night that when the season ends it's like "now what". It's just this in-between time that gets to me. Soon I'll be helping on the farm, doing yard work and heading to baseball/softball games, track meets, and much more. I can't wait! I'm eagerly waiting for those days.

So keep up the interesting posts ladies...I'm reading, just not writing so much. Maybe my juices will be flowing on Monday.

My household is a fountain of inspiration:-) You can come stay with me for a few days.

Actually I have tons of things I'd like to write about but can't because I would offend too many relatives...I could always sell you my ideas:-)

Miss you, but completely understand. I am not out of ideas I'm just taking a Spring Break...sort of.

I hear you! I've felt the same way lately too.
Just blah and bummed out. I'm not feeling well either. I have a terrible sinus headache.
Do you have a cold?
Hope you are feeling better soon.
Thanks for all your sweet comments on my blg.

It's ok if you don't want to blog right now. I'll still check in each day, maybe even a couple of times. As long as I see you posting on other blogs then I'll know you're ok and not worry too much. ;)

I hope your feeling better soon - I think a good foot rub would do you good, and no, I'm not offering to do it :)

When you run out of ideas, just take a picture of someone's feet :)

Take care my friend!

I hope you're feeling better soon! I find the end of winter kinda depressing and yucky too...I totally feel desperate for the sun. Our city is the second grayest city in Canada in the winter time! But apparently we have more annual hours of sunshine than Hawaii!! We make up for it in the summer. This is the tourist Mecca for most of western Canada because of our hot sun and our beautiful beaches plus the mountain scenery. Our population sky-rockets in the summer... possibly doubles if I remember right...
anyway... I'm a rambler and there I go.... rambling again! Hope you snap out of it soon! Take care :o)

I was a total slacker last week so I totally understand. I can hardly wait for the 60 degree days after the mud is gone! It will be here soon. Take care.

I remember the days of sporting events. We used to follow all the high school sports and when they were over we felt so let down. You get so used to the routine. Soon spring will be here and you will have a whole new world to write about. Just wait :)

Just read my blog...it's always full of dumb ideas:)

I know exactly how you feel! This last week without basketball was boring. I did watch some of the B boys on TV and am heading to the SDSU game tonight. Hopefully that will give me my fix until next week when the girls play in the Willie Mac (and I expect to see you there)!

Often what seems boring to ourselves is just what someone else is needing to hear. I am out of lurking now to encourage you to post! Have a great day.

Hi Amy,

Thank you for sharing on my blog. It means so much to hear others going through similar things, when everyone around seems to have it all together. I will be praying for your situation as I pray for mine.

Take care... and hang in there until the spring sports begin! :)
